I agree to the following:

I am placing a non refundable deposit of $500. The complete cost of this puppy is determined by final selection of puppy. All puppies are individually priced. Deposit is deducted from cost of puppy. Balance due at pickup. I agree and understand that once the deposit is paid there are no refunds for any reason.

 Buyer is requesting a puppy.  I understand that if I am unable to choose a puppy from this litter, for any reason, all deposit monies will be held by the Breeder and I will be given the opportunity to choose another puppy from a future litter.  If I must choose a puppy from a future litter I will be placed ahead of any person who placed a deposit after me but be placed in line after any other person who placed a deposit before me.

I agree and understand that the breeder will raise my puppy for a minimum of 8 weeks or until breeder feels puppy is weaned and ready to be placed into my care. Once arrangements for pick up have been agreed to, Buyer is under obligation to take said puppy on that date.  If Buyer does not pick up puppy or contact Breeder within one week of specified pick up date then the Breeder is under no obligation to hold said puppy and my deposit may be forfeited.  I further understand that if I do not pick up my puppy on the date offered by the breeder, I could incur additional boarding costs in the amount of $15.00 per day (unless other arrangements have been made in writing by both parties) that must be paid prior to the delivery of my puppy.  Breeder will try and accommodate Buyer's schedule and set a time that works well for both parties, however, Breeder is not expected to care for puppy for an extended period of time once the puppy is ready to be placed into it's new home.  

I agree and understand that by placing this deposit it does not guarantee me pick of the litter but I will be placed in line to choose my puppy behind any other buyers that have placed deposits prior to this date and time on any litter.  I further agree to wait a minimum of 8 weeks after birth before I will be able to choose or visit my puppy.

I have reviewed the breeder's "Puppy Contract with Health Guarantee" and agree to all of the terms and conditions set therein.  I agree to sign that contract upon completion of the sale.  I understand that if I do not sign the "Puppy Contract with Health Guarantee" I will not be sold a puppy and my deposit will be forfeited.  I further understand that by changing my mind, finding another puppy or not signing the contract the breeder is under no obligation to refund my deposit under any circumstances.  I also understand that breeder reserves the right to cancel this deposit contract at any time in which my deposit would be refunded to me in full.

I understand that the breeder does not guarantee the size, weight or color of these puppies at maturity.  If I am unable to choose a puppy from this litter, my deposit will be held and I have the right to choose a puppy from any other available litters the breeder has or will have.  In this case I understand that the original price quoted may change and I agree to pay any difference in price. Buyer also understands it could take up to 1 year before producing another litter.  Thank you for placing a deposit on these wonderful puppies. Deposit is not confirmed until you have your confirmation number.
